Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired (ABVI):  A not-for-profit organization that prepares and empowers people with barriers.

New York State Commission for the Blind: An organization that provides direct services to people who are legally blind.

Office for People with Developmental Disabilities: A New York State office that provides funding for services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
